Drug Arrests
Experienced Defense
The government has declared war on drugs and made criminal defendants
the enemy. I have experience fighting drug cases from misdemeanor
marijuana possession to felony drug possession and possession
with intent to deliver and delivery. Christopher Millea has experience
attacking the state's case. I've fought against drug dogs, illegal
police searches, and confidential informants. Just because the
police finds drugs in your house, car, or pockets does NOT mean
you are guilty. Every case is different, and until the facts are
brought forward and police reports reviewed, a determination as
to guilt or what a proper disposition should be it cannot be properly
evaluated. Common questions are: Did the police have the right
to search you? Can they prove the drugs are yours? Who is the
informant and what were they promised? Were the drugs tested?
I can answer these questions.
I would be proud to represent you in a drug possession case.
I do not want a drug conviction to ruin your life. If you are
charged with Possession, Manufacturing, Delivery, Conspiracy,
or facing an asset forfeiture in a drug case call today. I want
to be your lawyer.
Rhode Island Drug Laws
I have represented many defendants who are charged with any and
all of the offenses listed below:
- Possession of marijuana-both misdemeanor and felony
- Possession of a controlled substance (cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine,
crack, etc.)
- Possession with intent to deliver or delivery of a controlled
substance
- Possession of a counterfeit substance.
All of these offenses are considered serious and can have unwanted
consequences if a defendant is convicted of the charges. A criminal
drug conviction can follow a defendant for a long time. Criminal
record checks which are conducted for routine purposes will often
uncover drug offenses. A criminal record can prevent individual
defendants from obtaining employment and housing. Which is why
it is important to contact Christopher Millea.
HONEST. PROUD. TRUSTWORTHY.
